Shipping policy

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days after order confirmation. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier lead times, customization requests, and delivery location.


Machine System Deliveries

Large machine systems, including industrial sewing machines, embroidery systems, quilting systems, and long-arm quilting equipment, ship via insured freight carriers.

Estimated delivery timeframes for most machine systems are 7–14 business days after processing, depending on product availability and delivery location.

Shipping is included in the price of all machine systems within the continental United States.

An adult over the age of 18 must be present to receive and sign for freight deliveries. Standard freight delivery is curbside unless otherwise specified.

Final delivery arrangements, including carrier selection and delivery method, may vary based on the product, supplier, and destination.


White Glove Delivery Services (Optional Upgrade)

White glove delivery is available on select machine systems and delivery locations for an additional fee where available.

This premium service may include in-home delivery, placement, unpacking, and basic setup support depending on the product and carrier availability.

White glove availability and scheduling will be confirmed after purchase.


Parts, Accessories & Consumables

Shipping rates for smaller items, accessories, replacement parts, tools, lighting, oils, maintenance products, needles, bobbins, and similar items are calculated at checkout based on the order size, shipping method, and delivery location.

Smaller items may ship separately from machine systems depending on supplier inventory and fulfillment location.

Orders containing both machine systems and accessories may arrive in multiple shipments.


Damaged Shipments

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery.

Any visible damage to packaging or products should be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing for the shipment.

If concealed shipping damage is discovered after delivery, customers must notify Heritage Stitch Systems within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with carrier claims and resolution.

Failure to report shipping damage within the required timeframe may affect claim eligibility with the carrier.


Shipping Area

We currently ship within the continental United States only.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international locations unless otherwise approved prior to purchase.
