Product description:
Designed for joining light- to medium-weight dry knit materials, this Merrow industrial seaming machine combines a single needle, one-thread operation, and a double-row feed system with cutters. It supports end-to-end joining of lightweight circular knits, making it suitable for textile production workflows requiring fast fabric joining.
The machine produces a Type 501 seam with a 3/8-inch width at a specified operating speed of 4,000 rpm. Its double-row feed guides material through the sewing area while the cutters prepare the fabric edges during joining. An optional ML coating is available for wet-environment applications.
